I'm in a training program (student) for Gestalt therapist at a Gestaltinsititute in Denmark (GIS). I'm a firstyear student. I'm very fascinated in Bioenergetics and how effective it is to reduce stress and to become aware of what is going on the body. I have been very much in my head earlier in my life. The DVD was very easy to follow and I will recommend warmly to my student friends and other friends in Europe.
