Author of:
“Where’s My Real Life?
I know I put it
somewhere.”

“People seek out therapy for a number of different reasons. Some people come because they are in emotional or physical pain. Some may have the sense that experiences from the past still affect them and influence their behavior, limiting their quality of life. Others come to address problems they are having in their relationships or to enhance the pleasures they are deriving from their relationships.

I believe strongly in the connection between our mind, body, and emotions and that all three need attending to in order to facilitate healing and create lasting change. Growth and change occur best within the safety of an authentic relationship where there is mutual trust and respect and working with the body in psychotherapy helps draw out an inner knowledge that no amount of reading or talking could ever do. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, it should be a life enhancing experience.

I am committed to providing high quality professional care in a safe, confidential and respectful environment where new ways of relating and being in the world can be explored and experienced. My goal is to help people feel more alive and experience more pleasure, joy and love in their lives.

My special areas of training include bioenergetic analysis and EMDR with a focus on trauma, sexuality and addictions. I work with individuals, couples and groups. I am a published author and have been a keynote speaker and presented workshops at local, national and international conferences. I am available for workshops and speaking engagements.”
